WORKING METHOD

To think up and built successful innovative technological solutions, we use the Zoolt Development Framework. Through the framework we work from idea to prototype and from development to the successful scaling up of an innovative technology solution.

1. Ideate

Searching and selecting a good idea, doing research and determining the preconditions.

2. Prototype

Making a design/mockup, proof of concept (POC) and prototype of the solution and test it, possibly in a pilot.

3. Develop

Further develop the prototype into a fully-fledged solution. Train users, implement and maintain the solution.

4. Scale

Further develop and scale up the solution.
